For as little as $390
per year, Zimmark's Remote tank monitoring service, monitors critical tank
levels and spill hazards, avoiding unplanned process interuptions and environmental incidents.
|
| |
|
Early or even better, pre-emptive detection
is the key to reducing the potential impact of a process interruption
or environmental risk. Containing the problem in a timely manner, and taking
the appropriate response minimizes impact and turns what could have been a major event,
nto a minor occurrence.
|
| |
|
Zimmark's Z-24-7 Remote Tank Monitoring
service, is an inexpensive means to provide 24/7 monitoring and response.
Working with your personnel we identify key points in your Fluid or Waste
Management Process that requires on-going monitoring. Identifying an alarm
point is based on the potential impact associated with an undetected incident
or spill.
|
| |
|
Depending on the specific needs of our clients, we provide Z-24-7 as a complete turn-key
remote tank monitoring service as part of our on-site fluid or waste management
services, or as a stand alone monitoring program that ensures that process or
environmental incidents are quickly detected and appropriate plant personnel
notified day or night.
|
| |
|
The remote tank monitoring system can be configured with as many process
points as necessary with each alarm condition generating a customized voice recorded message.
Using a phone line or internet connection, the system automatically contacts
our live call center. The alarm can be remotely acknowledged and based on the
urgency and condition, appropriate personnel are contacted immediately.
|
| |
|
Alarm conditions occur, the severity of the event depends on the speed of response and the
corrective actions taken. Z-24-7 Remote Tank Monitoring significantly
reduces response time and our custom alarming with appropriate procedures
takes the guess work out the planned response.

"During the night shift, no one goes into waste treatment.
If we didn't get the call from Zimmark's Remote monitoring system,
the pump would have continued to leak waste water all over the floor
and eventually out the back door. Before installing the system,
the call we would have gotten would have been from the plant next door.
The Remote alarming system let us address the problem before it turned
into an environmental nightmare, before we had to call the EPA."

Typical Alarm Points:
|
| |
- Coolant Plant Supply Low Level - know your supply is low before it impacts production
- Waste Tank High Level - Know your tank is full before it overflows
- Floor Liquid Level Detection - As soon as any significant volume
of fluid hits the floor, know it so that you can act before an
environmental release occurs

| |
|
Our programs are customized to the facility and can include any of the following items:
