VENDOR INDEPENDENCE

Zimmark Inc. offers its clients complete vendor independence. Fundamentally a company providing Fluid Management services should not be vested in any way in the fluids actually being purchased by the client. A Fluid provider often offers “Fluid Management” as a value added service. When there is margin associated with the product being managing, objectivity and motivation to make decisions that are in the best interest of the client can be greatly affected. Though we can help with procurement and inventory management, we encourage our client to continue to purchase directly or utilize companies that offer "One-Stop-Shop" Procerement services to perform that aspect of the program.

Independence makes us unique and ensures that our services justify themselves on their own merit.

Vendor independence also means that our clients are able benefit from Zimmark’s ability to objectively evaluate competing products. Our focus is on ensuring that our clients use the lowest Life Cycle Cost product, not necessarily the lowest unit cost. Through our focused, engineered approach, we are able to evaluate the cost of using a product and its impact on the other aspects that affect its overall cost of usage (impact on disposal, cross contamination issues, fluid compatibilities etc.).

Not every product supplier offers the best value product in every category. We are therefore able to offer Best In Class solutions by ensuring that the companies used offer the best value in their specific category. Since Zimmark manages the suppliers, the burden on our clients is reduced, as there is a single point of contact for several different fluid suppliers.
