WASH
WATERS
Washer
performance can greatly affect product quality and often is the bottleneck
to production facilities. Zimmark’s Wash Water performance Management
(WWpM) service monitors the factors that effect washer performance. We focus
on the condition of the fluid within the stage itself monitoring contamination
(oil and grease, particulate, other fluids, etc), concentrations, and washer
parameters (i.e. temperature, spray nozzle status etc.)
As the cost of treatment and disposal escalate, wash water’s can significantly
impact a facility’s waste costs. Zimmark has been successfully recycling
wash waters since 1997. Through decontamination and engineered boosters,
our programs have been able to significantly impact a facilities chemical
and disposal cost. We match the technology, to the chemistry, to the contamination,
to the booster technology to ensure that the life cycle costs associated
with wash water use are minimized.
